I have to admit, I ship W/S, but I've never really gotten the impression it was anywhere but in my head. If you're talking about most likely ships in RL, then even I can see Skandar has mad nervous awkward super smitten feelings for Anna. I think I told you why in our private chat, so I won't bring it up here. Writing wise, that doesn't interest me. But in RL, I totally think he wants to bop her socks. it's so obvious. He's all over that girl.
