:D :D HOORAY. It's seriously been going round and round in my mind since yesterday morning now.
I loooove the explanation of Skandar and Georgie being all inseparable because it's the first time Will and Anna aren't there. Like, that makes so much sense to me, and actually helps me to feel a bit more comfortable with the idea of them together. Like it seems more realistic in a way. CODEPENDENT AND DYSFUNCTIONAL. YES.
And the thing is, in the movie, Matthew (Will P.) ASSUMES Theo (Skandar) and Isabelle (Georgie) are having sex, because he sees them sleeping naked together, and kissing and stuff. But they actually haven't. And when Matthew and Isabelle have sex, he's like "so Theo's never been inside you?" and she says "He's always inside me." (♥) And as the film goes on you start to realise that it's not this explicit incestuous relationship as it seems, it's just that Theo and Isabelle are kind of desperately, childishly attached to each other and don't want to grow up. So all the stuff like sleeping in the same bed and having baths together...it's more like stuff younger siblings would do. (But it does def have a sexual twist. Like when she watches him wanking. And he watches her lose her virginity. BUT YOU KNOW.)
But yeah, I think that would work quite well with Skandar and Georgie because if this is set during filming, he's 18 and she's 14, and so I think maybe he'd be iffy about having sex with her. But they would kiss and be naked together, because to Skandar that seems okay or something. And Will P. DOES have sex with Georgie, and so Skandar gets all jealous and everything. In the movie, there's definitely some sexual tension between the two guys but nothing actually explicitly happens (apparently there were sex scenes that were cut, which is a TRAGEDY). But in this fic I think something needs to happen between Skandar and Will P. And eventually it just devolves into threesomes.

The one thing that's bothering me is actually more of a logistics issue, which is that I really want Will P. to discover Skandar and Georgie sleeping naked together, but I can't figure out how that would happen. I'm thinking in the fic they should be staying in a hotel during filming instead of in trailers (seeing as they stayed in the same place for 5 months that kinda makes sense anyway), but they're hardly going to leave their hotel room open and Will P.'s not gonna be wandering the halls at night to stumble across them. IDK, IDK.
So have you not actually seen the movie? Because if not, you should, so you have a better idea of what I'm talking about. :P ALSO JUST BECAUSE IT'S AWESOME.
