It is! Hehehe my Dad and his brother John look very alike, so John's son Elliott looks EXACTLY like they did when they were young. And one of my cousin's sons, Jamin, looks like Amber's brother Mark did when he was a kid - very pale with white-blonde hair. But about the only thing most of the family have in common is dark hair (apart from Jamin lol I bet he glows in the dark).
