HI!

I'm not even really sure what this post is for, I just sort of feel like making one? It's been a while. I feel like I've been really ~absent, actually, because I went on holiday and I didn't have much time online because I was too busy being lost in the Scottish countryside and chasing rogue chickens and getting addicted to Bananagrams and playing 'Cow' (a game in which you shout "cow!" when you see a cow). Action-packed vacation, I know. Anyway ever since I've been back I've felt sort of overwhelmed by the internet? And I feel all out of practice with writing, even though it really hasn't been that long? But I'm working on a short little something at the moment and hopefully it'll be finished really soon. :)

OH AND ALSO, LJ is doing this super weird thing where it basically refuses to use the icons I want it to use? Like, I'll select one, and it'll be like NOPE and default to my Anton Yelchin one instead. IDK WHY, I think it's just a glitch, but yeah, if I respond to any of your comments with an Anton Yelchin icon even when it has no relevance whatsoever...that'll be why. I even tried deleting all my icons and re-uploading them and IT DIDN'T WORK. And also I have a suspicion that anyone who tracks my journal might have been notified about that, so uh, sincere apologies if you got a ridiculous amount of messages just because I was obsessively trying to sort this out.

Apparently I really don't have anything interesting to say here but I wanted to reassure you guys that I am still alive and like, around, if anybody wants to talk? I do get sort of scared by this fandom every now and then because of my social anxiety and it can be hard to deal with and some days I'm just like WOW I CAN'T, but for the most part things are still awesome. ♥

I'm gonna finish this off by recommending that you listen to Ed Sheeran's cover of 'Pony' by Ginuwine, and look at this picture of a guinea pig. But not at the same time. That might be a bit weird.

Heeeeeeey! *hugs*

I've been awfully absent from the internet (especially livejournal) lately too, and I feel weird but then I think of making yet another "HEY GUYS I'M ALIVE IT'S COOL I'M JUST BAD AT THE INTERNET SOMETIMES" post and it feels like I'm going to be annoying if I do that so instead I just sort of lurk around my favorite journals and comment here and there. Idek why I'm telling you this, I guess I just felt like talking. I blame it on it being nearly 3AM here and, you know, sleep deprivation is my excuse for most everything.

So, er, heeeeeeeeey! I'm glad you had a fun vacation even if the action of it consisted mostly of playing Cow (I would totally play that if I ever went to the countryside. But my family's house is at the beach so there aren't any cows there. Er. Maybe next time I'm visiting my aunt in Nottingham or something, I think there are possibly cows in the Nottingham countryside, although I don't really remember any from the last time I was there, just lots of rabbits and squirrels and adorable fluffy animals running around the woods. See, way too much talking, sleep deprivation, etc etc). Aaaaand I'm really glad you're here and well and alive because, well, you're a pretty awesome girl (which I've probably told you like a thousand times, but I feel like saying again) and it makes me happy that you're happy and okay.

I'm just going to shut up now because this whole comment isn't making a lot of sense and I seriously need to go to bed. But, yeah, hey again, nice to hear from you, here, have more hugs.

Yeah, I usually try not to make this kind of post because it does always feel a bit pointless/annoying, but I think sometimes it's good? Like, people might be wondering where the hell you are. But I can see how you wouldn't want to have like an entire journal made up of those sorts of posts or something.

Lol yeah I made it sound like we barely did anything, we did actually go out pretty much every day but we were mostly visiting like castles and things that I didn't find particularly interesting. XD It was a lot of fun seeing my cousin and looking after all the animals though. And I recommend trying 'Cow' if you ever get the chance. XD Omg there were wild rabbits around where we were staying too (as well as pet ones) and it was SO COOL. I actually nearly stepped on a tiny baby one that was cowering under some leaves in a field. :( I really hope it hadn't been totally abandoned or anything. It was so cute, look:



ANYWAY. You are a pretty awesome girl yourself and I hope things are going well for you. ♥
