i knowww. like that would be almost the most believable, them losing touch, just because that's how it is, that's reid's job, it wasn't on purpose, it just...was. AND THE OVERWHELMING GUILT. just with the ending conversation with gideon, like how many lives did he put in danger in the future because he had this need, really, to save this kid and now people are dying basically because of him IT'D BE TERRIBLE. but hotch being there for him, i looove hotch, ngggh it'd be so good SO GOOD. hotch having to make reid realize it's not his fault, he couldn't have prevented this, he can't control nathan AND LIKE NATHAN BREAKING DOWN IN REID'S ARMS? LOL RIGHT. reid just automatically trying to find a connection with this kid because he seems so like reid himselfff. i love how they have these things in common but the fact that nathan's so fucked up, it just kind of ruins everything? idk why i love that lol but it's like of course the one person reid can be on level with is a potential unsub and we're back to WHAT DOES THIS SAY ABOUT REID?? i almost feel bad but this relationship is one of my faves.

AND REALLY. when nathan's having that sort of imaginative sex scene between him and a prostitue UM. UM. this kid is fifteen FIFTEEN AND THAT WAS SO HOT OMG I FEEL AWKWARD BUT JFC ANTON ILUUU. omg how is that so hot ridiculousness. /rewatch
