Yes! And I am always in favour of S&M funtimes...I keep wanting to write something else kinky along those kind of S&M D/s lines, based on that line from the episode where Nathan says something about prostitutes being dirty and needing to be punished. Because that sounds so kinky taken out of context.
And oh godddddd all of what you said about that idea. Reid sexualising the murders by proxy - YES. I was just imagining it becoming like an extension of their sexual relationship, because Nathan seems to want him the most when he's just killed someone, and so gradually Reid begins to associate the murders with that feeling of being wanted. And it just gets all mixed up in his mind until he's almost looking forward to Nathan slipping up and losing control and killing someone again.
Ughh and yes, it would make so much SENSE in a weird way for the ideas to tie in like that - Reid killing someone to save Nathan would be more believable somehow if it had built up like that throughout their relationship, him gradually becoming desensitised to the idea of being involved. And maybe yeah, after a few times of Reid dealing with the aftermath he just becomes so curious about what it's like before he shows up, and he wants to watch Nathan do it, he wants to see what it's like. And then he starts thinking about doing it with him, and ugh, what you said about Nathan saying his thoughts were like that too at first. And Reid not even feeling scared or regretting it. Yesss.
I WANT TO WRITE THIS NOW. Dammit.
Oh, and I uploaded the song for you! It's here (http://www.sendspace.com/file/ljbq6i). :)
