hardparadeOH MY GOD. HOW DID I MANAGE NOT TO KNOW THAT EVA GREEN IS PLAYING SERAFINA PEKKALA IN THE FIRST 'HIS DARK MATERIALS' MOVIE?
THAT IS GOING TO BE SO AWESOME. I'VE GOT SQUEE ALL OVER THE PLACE HERE.
Seriously. I only heard that they were going to be made into movies a few weeks ago, and I was kind of unsure how I felt about it. Then I found out Nicole Kidman is playing Mrs Coulter, which is fantastic.
I've started reading the books again. I read them like four years ago or something and could barely remember anything, except like a few random scenes scattered over the books. I'm half way through 'The Subtle Knife' now. Why've they changed the movie title to 'The Golden Compass'? What was wrong with 'Northern Lights'? Hmph.
But Eva Green?! EVA GREEN?! The movie cannot fail with Eva Green in it.
Hopefully, anyway.
