IT'S NOT REALLY A PARTY

First of all, Maxxie is a whole lot more orange this season. What's up with that?
I'm going to try keep this as coherent and organised as possible, but I will probably fail.
Tony breaks my heart, man. I mean, it's so difficult to watch him, it's like he's a different person. My Dad's girlfriend was all "Why isn't that guy Sid helping out? I thought he was his best friend," and I was like, well, he and Michelle are the ones who were closest to him, so they're going to be struggling the most. I kind of enjoyed seeing Michelle being all angsty and just going out and getting wasted and messing around with random guys, though. Like, it makes sense that that'd be her response.
Already on a tangent! TONY. Right. Gahhh. It's probably really bad that mostly all I could think of during his scenes with ANYONE was that I want to write a fic about that person kissing him etc. and feeling all guilty and manipulative about it because he's forgotten a lot of what to do. Like, I seriously went through Tony/Maxxie (hand holding! HAND HOLDING!), then Tony/Sid (the way Tony was yelling for him and asking after him all the time, awwwh), and then Tony/Effy OF COURSE.
I was kind of mad at Effy for immediately abandoning Tony at the party, though. NOT COOL, EFFY. But I did love the little conversation they had outside the house, where he said "You're just a little kid" and she said "You're mental" and untucked his shirt. And how she was holding his hand as they walked up to the party, and how she stood up to Abigail for him, awesome. And she looks so amazing this season oh god. I mean she always did. But, she's so young! It's crazy.
ALSO, HELLO, SEVERE LACK OF CASSIE. ONE FUCKING VIDEO OF HER? Is that all we're going to get each episode? It can't be, because that is just EVIL. I hate to admit it but I'm kind of over Cassie/Sid. I never hugely shipped them or anything but I was still rooting for them, and now I'm just a bit bored of it. Although I do absolutely LOVE the idea of her sending him Scotland-related tabs of acid in the post. That is so Cassie.
It's probably weird, also, that I was really getting into Sid/Michelle in that scene between them outside the party. There cannot be another person that ships them, surely? But it would work so well, especially now, when they're both missing Tony and struggling with the way he's changed and Michelle said Sid makes her think of him and everything.
Hmm, what else. Jal is so, so dull. I do not understand this sudden fandom-wide obsession with Chris/Jal. Like, Chris is awesome? I get that. But Jal is the most boring person in the show. It makes no sense. I do actually think my love for Chris has increased massively only from this episode, I'm not even sure why. I just loved how he kept being like "IT'S NOT REALLY A PARTY *NUDGE* SHUT UP" to everybody.
Also, wtf happened to Anwar. Wtf wtf wtf. That is all I can say to that.
Bill Bailey as Maxxie's Dad is pretty much the best thing ever. Maxxie is adorable. Although, I have to say it, HE DANCES, WE GET IT. *sigh* I am intrigued by the whole stalker-storyline. And I was probably way too amused at the chav guy who turned out to fancy him, that was so fantastic. I was in hysterics over the scene where the chav guy and his Dad turned up at Maxxie's door with the cake, bahahaha. It was interesting how he was just like "Don't use me! Oh, fuck it!" when he wasn't really like that with Tony, hmph.
Speaking of that, haha, you know at the end when Tony said "Am I gonna have to gay you now?" when Maxxie helped him to write his name? Did anyone else go "Nope, you did that last season!!"? Because I totally did, and my Dad's girlfriend was all "DID HE REALLY? Which episode was that?" Ahaha.
Okay, but I seriously want to write some kind of fic, I just have no specific ideas. I can't really imagine Sid having the nerve to try something with Tony when he's in the state he is. Although maybe that would help Sid somehow? Like, he's fancied him for ages but he's always been too scared to admit it, so knowing Tony can't flip out at him or whatever might give him the courage? I dunno, I dunno. I feel like Effy is twisted enough to manipulate him like that. It would be a seriously fucked-up fic.
Anyway, okay, I think I'm done. I kind of only just realised that we're going to get another bunch of episodes, haha. I was so busy looking forward to the First Episode Of This Season that I completely forgot that there's going to be, y'know...a whole season. Awesome!
Right, I should brainstorm fic ideas. ...*brainstorms*
