OH MY GOD HON. I LOVE YOU LIKE A MAD WOMAN. *mems* This is really, really good and I love it to bits. Everything from the beginning, with Nathan and Peter's confused memories (the fact Peter remembers only the feeling and nothing else is just so him), to the mind-blowingly hot ending, is beautifully written and just...GOOD.
The Peter/Claire interaction it's gorgeous, and sometimes so awkward and not too sweet like it's often interpreted in most fics, it's more realistic, and it feels very true. I just generally loved Claire's characterization - she's a teenager, she panics and cries, she doesn't know how to call Nathan. She's all I always see Claire as. I love the scene in which Peter tells Claire about him and Nathan - how he's slightly annoyed by Claire's worry, how he doesn't even need to spell Nathan's name to her. And then the end, the new balance, Nathan's whisper - god I could almost HEAR IT.
Just, thank you darling. This is a wonderful, amazing first attempt at writing Heroes fic, and I can't WAIT for more *g*
