Sid made Michelle come, you guys.

Hahaha. I don't know why, but I loved that. And it was extra-great because I was watching with my Dad and his girlfriend, and she didn't hear, and she was like "What, what, what did she say? He made her what?" and my Dad and I both shouted "COME! HE MADE HER COME!!" and she was like "Oh I see! All right." XD

Also, I liked how often Michelle was naked in this episode.

I'm really surprised at the amount of people who like Sid/Michelle, you know. I mean, I do, but I totally thought I'd be in the minority, given the amount of obsessive Sid/Cassie shippers there are.

Not that I don't feel bad for Cassie!! OBVIOUSLY. My God. I may be a complete and utter idiot but I didn't see the ending coming at all. I forgot about her altogether...even when it showed the back of her head I didn't click right away. And then I did and I was like "CASSIE!! FUCK. NO NO NO NO NOOOOO." While my Dad laughed his head off.

I think this is the first time ever in any TV show I've watched, that I haven't minded about who ends up with who, in this complicated foursome. Let me explain:

- My only problems with Michelle/Tony was that he didn't treat her well enough, and she was too dependent on him, but I always thought it wouldn't be that hard for them to work on their relationship if they were willing.

- I really liked Sid/Cassie and was rooting for them all of Season 1. (And yelling at the screen throughout the whole misunderstanding last week. "LET HER EXPLAIN SID YOU IDIOT LET HER EXPLAIN OH NO!" etc.)

- I love Sid/Michelle, I love his obsession with her and the fact that he's wanted her for so long (how lovely must it've been for him to finally sleep with her!!) and I really honestly think they work together.

- And when you take canon out of the equation, I love Cassie/Tony, I love Cassie/Michelle, I love Tony/Sid. I think Cassie/Tony would work even better with the way Tony's character has changed, and I'm a sucker for best friend pairings, so that explains the last two.

CLEARLY THE FOUR OF THEM JUST NEED TO HAVE A BIG ORGY.

But no, really. I honestly have never felt so...I dunno, open, about this sort of thing. Usually when you're introduced to a couple like we were with Tony and Michelle and then they split up, you're kind of meant to want them to get back together all the time. And when you're led into a relationship like Cassie and Sid's, you're meant to root for them constantly and wish for them to finally get together and when they do you want it to stay perfect for ever and ever.

And if they did that, like if they went back to the original relationships, I would be fine with it. It would be a little boring (so I don't think they will!) but it really would make sense. But like...if they made Sid and Michelle a proper couple, I think I'd be okay with that. But I wouldn't want Cassie to get hurt, so she'd have to get with Tony, which I'd be cool with too!

It's just weird, I've never not minded. Usually I have really strong feelings about TV couples. (Like Chris/Jal wtf no.)

Also, poor Maxxie, Anwar is a twat, how the hell did Sketch get there?!, Chris is still made of awesome ("Nipples.....what?"), and Scarlett is weird. I'm really glad, though, that she and Jal aren't stick-thin because you don't see a lot of that on TV and it looks like those are their natural bodies and I guess they weren't told to shrink down because they were going to be in bikinis this episode, and that is fantastic.

Ramble ramble ramble. I should turn all this rambling into fic at some point.

Someone saying "you made me come" has never been as adorable as it was in that ep. Oh Sid, how great are you?

I think it's good writing that means I'm not rooting for anyone special. I'm usully all SLASH SLASH SLASH but the fact that they've made me buy the het couples: well, that's got to be good writing!

Yeah, I know what you mean! Skins is like...the first fandom, I think, that I've ever been interested in het couples this much. IMPRESSIVE.

Me toooo. It's not even just like, oh, they're already so close that it's easy...it's just really sweet, their connection and everything, and I love the slight awkwardness and should-we-do-this thing that comes with it when they're worried they might ruin their friendship etc.

I am the EXACT SAME WAY with cheating. Seriously. It makes me so mad. But I guess with Skins they're all these crazy teenagers and we shouldn't be expecting any less. :P
