I can't figure this out. Those ARE the kind of things people say as a joke, and he doesn't put any particular stress on 'female' (nor 'centaur', lol) but there's something about the way he approaches it that makes me wonder. And Georgie is with him, and the way she looks at him is quite telling, she looks a little surprised like "wait, what's he doing?" like she would do if she thought he wasn't planning on being open about his sexuality or whatever.

I don't think he's gay just because he seems like too loyal/nice/sincere of a guy to string along a girl for four years. And the fact she was banned from the LWW set because he kept getting blushy/giddy whenever she was around. And his sister made a comment on LuLu Popplewell's website about being glad to have him back with the family with his nearest and dearest, Miss Katy. It's weird, like I knew some stuff about him having a girlfriend but because I've managed to convince myself so thoroughly, it's like I can't get it into my head.
