So this is a thing that Ben said:

Will things change between the Pevensie children and Caspian?
Ben: The Pevensies are a very tight group and that doesn't change. But now I play the role of big brother/uncle. In fact, in real life their Mums (Georgie's, Skandar's and Will P.'s) call me "Uncle Ben" because if someone wants to go to a water park or the like, it's me who has to take them. It's a good work atmosphere.

That's one of those things that SHOULD make all the Ben shipping feel incredibly creepy, but somehow it doesn't. For me, anyway. How is it that I can like his uncle role and still want to write about him having sex with them all? NARNIA CAST, YOUR INCESTUOUS FAMILY DYNAMIC IS SO CONFUSING SOMETIMES. I feel like I need a 'ben/everyone' tag, what even, how did this happen?

There isn't much new stuff around at the moment, so I think we should take a look at some old quotes from LWW and Prince Caspian times instead. Just because I found them and hadn't read some of them before, and wanted to share.

I'm incredibly jetlagged and a bit of a mess mentally but I HAVE THE INTERNET BACK. *clings* To celebrate, and because I feel like I haven't posted a fic in forever, here's seventeen unfinished stories I have on my computer. Seventeen. You guys, that's ridiculous. Some of these I'll never finish, but hopefully I'll get some posted soon.

The ratings vary but go up pretty high, just a warning. And like...some of these ideas are really freakin' weird. Just another warning.

You know what's weirder, though? Being inspired by Rocky Raccoon to write Nick Jonas/Caleb Followill/Lily Aldridge (that'd be Caleb's girlfriend) COWBOY AU. Where Caleb is the sheriff and Nick is this handsome mysterious young man who just rides into town and takes Caleb's girl. And there are fights and alcohol and tough barmaid!Lily and repressed gay feelings and eventual threesomes. BISEXUAL COWBOYS!!!

...MY BRAIN IS BROKEN. I feel like in the near future, people are gonna be talking about me and say stuff like "Yeah, she used to be pretty sane and write decent fic, but then she discovered Kings of Leon and COMPLETELY LOST IT." I'm sorry, you guys.

First of all, I'm a total idiot and we were like, two minutes into the movie before realising nobody was talking. There's a little 'on/off' thing under the description for the audio commentary and I'd selected 'off' without realising, because I'm clever like that. They've used a really weird font, it's too swirly, okay?!

OKAY I REALISE I BASICALLY COMMENTED ON EVERYTHING, BUT I COULDN'T HELP IT. It was so awesome. :D

Oh my god. Sometimes I love this cast so much it hurts. EVERYTHING is adorable. Anna cracking up after kissing Ben = win. Especially the way he's just like *blinkblink*. Skandar flailing after he takes a step back is so cute. I love Andrew's "I don't know, I'm not a trained professional." HORSE KISSES. Georgie sneezing and Ben saying "bless you", aw! And after that there's like a half-second shot of Will pointing at Anna and it's so cute. LOL WEIRD!BEN MAKING FACES.

Georgie: *gasps really loudly * Anna: "Not THAT big." = CUTENESS. Everything Georgie does is adorable, basically. I love the "I'm not crazy," and then the shot of her being all crazy. And lol it actually does say 'Toastie' on the marker! Lol at Ben's "Wait! I'll go!" before he falls flat on his face. What happens in the shot after that? Does Will pull off the doorknob or something? Because he did that in LWW too. I think he opens doors too forcefully.

Will pretending to be Prince Caspian, and Ben's "No you aren't, get off!" is so adorable, I love it. THE BEST BIT IN THE WHOLE THING, THOUGH, IS CLEARLY WILL AND SKANDAR DANCING. DANCING. And also that incredibly brief shot at about 2.27 of Skandar giving Will a Look that basically says 'fuck me', but the DANCING!! And the face Anna makes when her bow breaks is so cute. Dancingdancingdancing I can't get over it, I need gifs and icons NOW.

I seriously can't wait for this DVD. I'm so thrilled they've moved the release date forward. I'm totally going to buy it on the day it comes out. I'll probably watch all the special features and update at the same time, because I'm pathetic. By the way, in case you don't know the release dates: November 17th for UK people, December 2nd for the US and Canada...and I don't know about anywhere else. I'm so glad we get the DVD first anyway, seeing as EVERYONE got the cinema release way before we did. >:(

I'm slightly confused about the lack of promotion, though. According to a few websites, the cast are promoting in LA and Philadelphia, but because that's for the American release, I assume that'll be towards the end of this month. They don't seem to be doing any promoting in the UK, even though last year they did, about four days before the release date, in London. Hmm. Maybe they've decided they don't NEED to promote it here? I don't know, but it sucks. Also, when they promote in America, Skandar better get some time off school to go with them.
